Holistic health coaching is an integrative approach to achieving wellness goals.  How “well” you feel is as much about what you feed your mind and soul as it is what you feed your body.  You can eat all the kale in the world but if you are feeding yourself negative self-talk or if you are emotionally or spiritually hungry, you’ll feel held back.

There is no such thing as one-size-fits-all when creating a life you love.   You are unique in mind, body, spirit, values, life experiences, etc.  A successful path forward has to reflect and honor that uniqueness.  So whether you want to improve your nutrition or your activity level, better your relationships, manage stress productively, make a change in your professional life, find greater meaning, or address a specific health issue, we will create a plan that works for you.

No goal is off limits.  No area of life out of bounds.  It’s all you and it’s all connected.  Any spoke that you put pressure on will turn the wheel!



I bring over three decades of experience in the health and wellness field to our sessions including clinical research (neurology), community health education, personal training, nutrition consulting, and spiritual and life coaching.  I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach, a Specialist in Holistic Nutrition for Autoimmune Disease and in-process as a Deep Transformational Coach.  I am also the co-author of How to Soul: Navigate Your Life Path with Clarity, Inner Peace, and Joy.  On the experiential side of life, I have been blessed with many difficult challenges that became a ladder to climb, leading me to greater wisdom, strength and compassion.  They have made me a better person and a better coach and I lean into that wisdom to help clients actualize their own potential.  Last but not least, I have  been blessed with the joy of raising three beautiful souls to adulthood, each of whom are following their hearts on their own soulful path to their best life.




Through weekly one-on-one coaching – online or in person – I guide you in creating a wellness vision for yourself and strategizing specific goals that bring you closer to your vision! Creating goals with reasonable time frames and actionable steps helps you focus. You’ll get recommendations and even mini-assignments in between sessions that focus on you taking action.

As a  holistic health coach, I facilitate behavior change, so come ready to make PROGRESS, not a quick fix! I offer a safe space for you to ask questions, deconstruct your health habits, provide accountability and guide you to resources for ongoing support. Instead of “giving you the answers,” I focus on my conversation with you, listen to your ideas, ask questions and provide advice or feedback.  Between session touch points via email will help keep you on track and moving forward.
