The Up Spiral

What did you learn? What is the next step?

The next step in the wellness journey is what I call the Up Spiral. In the arena of personal growth, missing the mark is an opportunity to learn about yourself rather than a ‘failure’. At the end of each week, ask yourself the following:

  • Did you complete your action steps for the week?
  • If not, what came between you and your goal/s? Are there resources that you need that you weren’t aware of? 
  • If you face the same obstacles next week, how would you like to respond?
  • What are your action steps for the coming week?
  • What is your WHY?

Write down the answers to the questions and keep them nearby as you go through the upcoming week. Repeat step #5 at the end of each week for 8 weeks, keeping track of what you’ve learned and accomplished!
