Lunch # 1 pictured below: Dr Praeger’s Fish Sticks, brown rice and greens. (All leftovers in the fridge packed in a cool container from old navy) Beverage: A smoothie (made by mom) of coconut milk, banana, organic yogurt, and frozen organic fruit.
